Dustin Ratcliff

Dustin has been in ministry for the past sixteen years serving as a youth pastor, college minister, and church planter. While serving bi-vocationally with a campus ministry, Dustin helped plant Portico Church in Monroe, LA from 2009-2014 before moving to Birmingham in 2014 for seminary. He has been a member of ICC since its early days and came on staff in June of 2016.

As one of the staff pastors, he oversees community groups, college ministry, and the residency program. He also provides pastoral care and preaches throughout the year. He loves seeing people grow in their love for the Lord and helping others recognize and utilize their gifts for Christ’s kingdom.

He has been married to Tara since December, 17th 2011. They have two incredible kids, Daisy and Judah.

Dustin loves cooking (especially grilling), listening to music (classic rock, hip-hop, and folk are his favorites), hanging out with friends, exploring new places (especially big cities and beautiful mountains), and woodworking or really making anything when he gets the chance.
