Hunter Jewett
Hunter was born and raised outside of Kansas City, KS (and misses the BBQ on a daily basis) and studied Biology and Spanish at Kansas State University. After college, he worked for a campus ministry at the University of Missouri sharing the gospel with and discipling undergraduate students.
He and his wife Natalie moved to Birmingham in 2021 and began attending ICC, where a church for the first stime became a church family. He and Natalie got involved in the church's international ministry and after a few years, the Lord began to stir in his heart a desire to enter back into full-time ministry and the opportunity arose to do that on staff with ICC. Hunter is also currently pursuing an MA in Intercultural Studies online at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He and his wife love hosting friends for dinner, supporting local coffee shops, going on walks around their Southside neighborhood, and watching Chiefs football. They aspire to move overseas one day, Lord willing, to see the gospel shared and the church established in new regions.
Hunter’s role includes:
Leading evangelism and missions training for ICC members
Organizing and spearheading international outreach programs
Fostering communications with and care for our international partners
